Just 30 minutes could change how you show up for someone who's struggling. This self-guided training helps you recognize signs of mental distress, know what to say, and connect students or colleagues to the right support before things get worse. You don't need a clinical background, just a willingness to notice, ask, and act. Faculty and staff are often the first to notice when someone isn't okay. This training helps you feel ready when that moment comes.
