The Illini Union fourth floor meeting roooms are now open for reservations after undergoing renovations, including new paint and all new integrated multimedia options. Come see these upgrades during the Illini Union Open House on Wednesday, Oct. 29 between 2-4 p.m. You can also tour the renovated Hotel rooms, try catering options, enjoy snacks from the Quad Shop, and more! This is a great opportunity to see all the improvements at the Illini Union.

The Champaign-Urbana Active Transportation Plan aims to create an up-to-date plan for enabling and encouraging active transportation (walking, biking, using mobility devices) and access to parks in Champaign County. You can visit ccrpc.org/cu-atp before October 31 to fill out a survey about how you use active transportation locally, and use our comment maps to pinpoint places you like, dislike, or want to see changed.

Native American Heritage Month at Illinois. This year's theme is "Through the Lens of Kinship: Exploring Indigenous Standpoints on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)." Programs, activities, and events in November foreground the deep ethic of kinship as a framework for reimagining belonging, accountability, and sustainability in our communities and institutions.
