The Illini Union roof project will continue on the west and south sides. Scaffold installation has begun on West Patio and the South Building, during the installation all the patio furniture has been removed. The scaffolding will span from the 1st to the 4th floor. Limited access southeast entryways and full access to the southwest and southeast bike racks will be restored after August 15, once overhead protection is in place. The South Patio will function as a covered passage for the duration of construction.
