The priority deadline for new student contracts with University Housing has changed from May 15 to May 8. The deadline is communicated on Housing's website, in emails, presentations and webinars for new students. The change is part of Housing’s occupancy management strategy to successfully house the incoming class and a limited number of upper-class students. First-year students are guaranteed housing. Contracts received after May 8 will be given assignments by Housing. The priority deadline does not impact leasing in Private Certified Housing facilities or University Housing Apartments.
