Combine a love of nature and needlefelting at River Otter: A Needlefelting Creation from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 7, at Allerton Park The Studio. Instructor Stephanie Block will help students focus on the river otters as seen on Allerton trail cameras. Looking for adults ages 60-75 to participate in a study into prolonged sitting and how adults think. The study's aim is to test the feasibility of interrupting sitting with short bouts of high-intensity exercise in older adults and measure brain and cognitive functions before and after sitting.
