We are looking for adults 30-60 years old with a BMI between 25 - 35 who are free of metabolic and GI disorders to participate. You will be asked to consume a pre-prepared snack twice daily for 12 weeks. You will also be asked to visit the laboratory three times for blood draws and questionnaires, as well as provide six stool samples. You will receive up to $500 for participating.
