Illini Union Roof Replacement Project

The Illini Union will be undergoing a complete roof replacement starting after 2024 graduation and will last two years. The building will be operational throughout the process, however, parts of the fourth floor will be closed for significant periods of time. If you host events at the Union, staff will work to find alternative spaces if you utilize any of the affected areas. Complete details.

Meat and Egg Sales Closing for the Summer

Meat and Egg Sales at the University of Illinois will be closed for the summer starting on June 1, allowing staff to focus on research efforts and training. While supplies last, we will have sales on Tuesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 25 from 3:00-5:30PM and Friday, May 26 from 9AM-Noon. Research Participation

Seeking participants for a mental health study using wearable devices!

Recruiting adults (18+) enrolled in UIUC during the Summer. Participants will complete 2 in-lab sessions (3-4 hours each), and one 2-week remote data collection session using various wearable devices, completing cognitive tests, among other things. Compensation: $200. Click here if interested!

SCOPE: Soluble Corn Fiber for Promoting Executive Function Study

This study involves adults ages 45-75 years consuming two different supplements daily for two separate four-week periods. Participation involves collection of stool samples and diet records. Participants will complete surveys and computer tasks (over 6 visits of 1.5 to 2.5 hours each) to assess thinking ability. The study will take ~13 weeks total. Compensation of $350 provided upon completion.
