Enjoy a soothing moment of meditation in the Allerton Park Meadow as Yoga Off the Square helps you gently flow through a series of poses to help reconnect your mind and body. This event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 to enjoy a drink after class. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Illinois Bach Academy is designed for musicians of all experience levels, united by their interest in the music of Bach. This year's Academy will culminate in a performance of Johann Sebastian Bach's St. Matthew Passion, telling the story of the last days of Jesus. AIDS in East Central Illinois: The Response and Those Lost
In conjunction with the exhibit Sewn in Memory: AIDS Quilt Panels from Central Illinois, this special presentation explores the AIDS crisis in the Champaign-Urbana Area. Experts will share some history from the local LGBTQ+ community, the first local responses to the AIDS pandemic, the mobilization of public health, and the current local challenges with HIV/AIDS.

We are recruiting older adults (70-89 years) for a study on the effects of aging on brain waves. Individuals should be native English speakers, have a minimum of high school education, and normal or corrected hearing and vision. The study requires cognitive testing and EEG sessions. SCOPE: Soluble Corn Fiber for Promoting Executive Function Study
This study involves adults ages 45-75 years consuming two different supplements daily for two separate four-week periods. Participation involves collection of stool samples and diet records. Participants will complete surveys and computer tasks (over 6 visits of 1.5 to 2.5 hours each) to assess thinking ability. The study will take ~13 weeks total. Compensation of $350 provided upon completion.

The BCNN Lab is launching a study called ELIAS, which is focused on the cognitive and nutritional development of infants beginning at 12-18 months. Seeking participants for a study on the effect of sweet taste on blood sugar. Participants aged 21-40, non-smokers, with a BMI between 30-40 kg/m2 and no diabetes will complete questionnaires, taste testing, body composition scans and blood draws and receive up to $500 upon completion of 5 visits (between 2 to 6 hours each), and free parking.
