Take a COVID Test for Homecoming
Everyone attending Homecoming is strongly urged to take a covid test on Saturday before the dance. The close confines of a dance can facilitate viral spread. Even if you feel well, it is important to take the extra precaution of testing to limit the possibility of infecting others. Recent available wastewater data shows covid levels in Illinois at Very High and local Champaign-Urbana sewershed levels that are notably higher than usual. Teachers will be distributing rapid covid tests in the hallways during lunch on Friday, Sept. 27. Tests are also available as usual in the office.

Parents: Please Remind Students About...
Housekeeping has become a recurring issue. Please reinforce these basic expectations with your student: - Do not leave chairs in the middle of the hall/blocking doors. Put chairs where they belong.
- Food items should be properly thrown away. Do not leave food/wrappers on the floor, in the grass, in the recycle bins, in bathroom sinks, or on tables.
- Paper towels, period products, etc. should be thrown away properly in the restrooms. Toilets and sinks are not trash receptacles.
- Bring outdoor sports/play materials inside. Equipment has been left outside after lunch and school every day.
