Hi Uni Family, we have had some coaching turnover this past summer for athletics.   If you know of anyone interested please reach out to Athletic Director Kyle Hummel KHummel@illinois.edu.   The open positions are for JV Volleyball, JV Boys Basketball, Subbie Boys Basketball, and Assistant Track.

We are excited to partner with Hope Centered Wellness LLC this year to have Jason Givens with us as a school counselor/therapist 2.5 days per week:
Monday (8:30 – 12:30pm)
Thursday (8:30 – 4:00pm)
Friday (8:30 – 4:00pm)

Mr. Givens has been a school counselor for >10 years and holds a M.Ed in School Counseling, a M.S. in Educational Administration, and is completing his third master’s program in Mental Health counseling. He looks forward to meeting and working with each of you.

As school begins, please take community health seriously. Stay home & rest if you’re feeling unwell or are in a contagious phase of illness. Wear a mask at school when you may be coming down with or are recovering from respiratory illness.

We are in a summer COVID wave, with Illinois wastewater COVID levels at “high.” COVID-19 commonly causes a wide variety of symptoms––test if you experience any of these. Tests & masks are available in the Uni High Office. Uni's COVID-19 Policies remain active.

Uni’s Main Office will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the first few weeks of school. We are in the process of hiring a permanent reception/attendance staff person, at which point we’ll return to normal office hours. Until then we’re happy to have the help of Dorothy Baker from U of I’s Extra Help department at Uni’s reception desk.
