Deadlines

Fall 2024 Doctoral Dissertation Deposit Deadline

Friday, December 6, at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline for doctoral students to complete their dissertation deposit for Fall 2024 degree conferral. This deadline is firm and cannot be waived. Because all corrections and all required deposit materials must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., the Thesis Office strongly encourages students to submit the dissertation for review several days prior to the deadline. Using NVIDIA GPUs with Python

This workshop offers hands-on experience in accelerating Python codes with NVIDIA GPUs. You'll explore two main categories: drop-in replacements for SciPy and NumPy using CuPy, and GPU acceleration for data science workloads with NVIDIA RAPIDS. We'll conclude with an end-to-end example solving a geospatial problem. By the end, you'll be equipped to accelerate your Python codes with NVIDIA GPUs!
