On Wednesday, May 17 two changes are coming to Microsoft 365 cloud suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) to increase FERPA compliance. Only U of I Box can be integrated with Microsoft Teams. You may continue to use other cloud storage solutions provided by the University, but they can not be integrated with Teams. In addition, only enabled applications can be integrated with Teams. Apps you already have installed before May 17 will continue to work unless it is determined that they do not meet University criteria for data privacy.
