URAP Mentor Applications Due July 18

The Graduate College invites applications from graduate students and postdocs interested in serving as URAP Mentors in the Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship Program during 2021-22. URAP is a valuable professional development opportunity during which you will gain hands-on experience mentoring undergraduate researchers. Dissertation Deposit Deadline

Friday, July 16 at 5 p.m. is the last day to complete a dissertation deposit for August 2021 graduation. Because all corrections and all required deposit materials must be received by the Graduate College no later than 5 p.m. on the day of the deposit deadline, the Thesis Office strongly encourages students to submit the thesis for review several days before the deadline. Summer 2021 Registration Deadlines

July 16 is the last day to add or drop a S2B (4 week) course via Self-Service or drop a S2B (4 week) course and receive a refund if reducing assessment range (if you are not enrolled in courses in any other summer terms); and to submit a form to elect to audit a S2B (4 week) course.

Learn to design, build, and manage advanced data collection projects in Illinois REDCap by completing Illinois REDCap's four-week certificate series. This free series is ideal for advanced graduate students, program coordinators, research lab managers, and other users who have some knowledge of REDCap or who will be working with an Illinois REDCap project. Users from diverse disciplinary backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Classes will take place over Zoom from 9 - noon on Tuesdays, October 5 - 26.
